Issuance of VIP Badges

  • VIP badges will only be issued to those who have been invited by exhibitors or SEMI.
  • Please note that VIP badges may not be issued if the Invitation ID is not entered correctly.

Steps on the Day of the event

1. First time registrants

1) For "Invitation ID," enter 77986 and click the "SEARCH" button. Then "VIP" will appear in the "Badge Type" field.

2) Download the PDF file from "Print Admission Pass" on "MY PAGE", print it out in A4 size, and bring it with you to SEMICON Japan.

2. If you have already registered your visitor badge

Please access MY PAGE "Account Information" and

1) Enter 77986 in the "Invitation ID" field. Then "VIP" will appear in the "Badge Type" field.

2) Click the "SAVE" button.

3) Download the PDF file from "Print Admission Pass", print it out in A4 size, and bring it with you to SEMICON Japan.

Notes on registering

  • A valid email address is required in order to register. It is not possible to register more than one person using the same email address. It is possible to use a free email account like one provided by Yahoo! or Google.
  • All visitors to SEMICON Japan are required to register for the exhibition. Even if you will only be attending seminars or meetings, you are required to register for the exhibition and carry a visitor badge at the event.
  • The registration system makes use of cookies to store basic session information. These are first-party cookies and are not shared with third parties or other applications. Also no personal or financial (credit card numbers, etc) information is stored in the cookies. Your browser must be configured to accept cookies in order for you to be able to use the registration system.
