International Symposium on Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology
Where Leading Engineers Unite to Build Tomorrow’s Industry
Dec 17 to 19, 2025 | Tokyo Big Sight
What is the SEMI Technology Symposium (STS)?
Engineer-Focused Symposium on the Latest Semiconductor Technology, with Comprehensive and Intensive Coverage of Manufacturing Topics.
Started as a technical seminar in 1982, this is now the largest and most established symposium at SEMICON Japan, celebrating its 44th edition this year. By identifying key trends and challenges in semiconductor technology both in Japan and abroad, and presenting the forefront of practical technologies to the industry, this has evolved into a forum for engineers to engage in technical discussions.
In addition to lectures, the symposium offers “Authors’ Interviews” for direct discussions with speakers and program committee members, as well as “STS GETOGETHER” networking events that transcend organizational boundaries. By involving a wide range of participants through these opportunities, the event fosters open innovation and business growth, aiming to elevate the entire industry.
This series is planned and organized by SEMI Technology Steering Committee, comprised of engineers at the forefront of semiconductor manufacturing.
