SEMICON Japan is the premier event that brings together the semiconductor manufacturing supply chain for the latest insights, trends and innovations as the industry powers digital transformation. SEMICON Japan 2026 will highlight Smart applications powered by semiconductor technology such as automotive, Internet of Things (IoT), and medical equipment. The concurrent summit will also expand further, featuring exhibits and presentations focused on semiconductor packaging and board assembly, nextgeneration semiconductor design and verification, and inspection and measurement.

Regarding Exhibitor Applications for SEMICON Japan 2026

The exhibitor application process for SEMICON Japan 2026 began in December 2025 with registration for companies that exhibited in 2025 and has now been temporarily closed.

We plan to change the layout in May. 

If you are interested in exhibiting, please contact us via the “Exhibition Inquiry” form so we can add you to the waiting list. If you have already submitted your inquiry, there is no need to resubmit it.

We plan to contact you after mid-June.

Please note that, depending on circumstances, the application process may be postponed. In such cases, we will promptly post an update on this website, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

Exhibitors can speak at Exhibitor Seminars, which are exclusively for exhibitors. Applications open in September.
For seminars hosted by SEMI, we do not accept open applications for speakers.

You are required to purchase insurance. It may be covered under company-wide policies such as the “Corporate Comprehensive Liability Insurance.” Please confirm with your company's administrative department.

OSS-Related FAQ

OSS (Onsite Space Selection) is a system implemented at SEMICON exhibitions worldwide, allowing you to select and apply for your next SEMICON exhibition booth on the spot.
At SEMICON Japan, you can directly select and apply for your booth for next year (SEMICON Japan 2026) at the OSS venue during this year's exhibition period. Participation is not available online.

Only contracted exhibitors of SEMICON Japan 2025 are eligible to participate in OSS for SEMICON Japan 2026.
(“Contracted exhibitors” refers to companies that have submitted an exhibition application form. Please note that co-exhibitors are not eligible.)

Eligible companies received an email on 18 November(Japan time) addressed to their designated exhibition representatives, detailing the OSS appointment times.

Applications will be processed in the order of the scheduled appointment times provided.

Companies that are not exhibiting at SEMICON Japan 2025 are not eligible to participate in or register for OSS. Such companies are kindly requested to apply during the general registration period, which will open in late March next year.

Reception Appointment Times are determined based on the following conditions:
1. SEMI member companies, in order of highest priority points
2. General exhibitors, in order of largest booth size
3. If conditions are identical, in order of arrival

- You earn 1 point for each participation in SEMICON Japan (accumulated based on the number of times a member company has exhibited).
- Based on exhibition history since 2010, an additional 0.25 points are awarded for every 9 m² of exhibit space.

If it is difficult to arrive at the venue at the scheduled reservation time, you cannot reception earlier than the scheduled time. However, you may participate anytime after the scheduled time has passed. However, we may not be able to secure a location.

Even if you forget to respond via the attendance form, you can still participate without issue by arriving at the venue at your scheduled reservation time on the day. You can also respond via the attendance form after the response deadline has passed.

Please note that reserved time slots cannot be transferred to another company.

The name of the exhibiting company cannot be changed to include group companies, agents, manufacturers, or other business partners.

If anyone other than the contracted exhibitor for SEMICON Japan 2025 wishes to exhibit, please apply during the general application period starting in late March 2026.

The floor map was emailed on December 1st. If you haven't received the email, please request a resend.

1. At the OSS venue, you will select your desired booth location.
2. Staff will create your application form on a PC at the venue and print it out.
3. Please review the contents and sign the application form.
4. We will provide you with a copy of the signed application form, along with the terms and conditions, stamped with a receipt mark. Please keep this copy for your company's records.

Even if you notified us of your absence via the attendance form in the previous email, the floor plan distribution email will still be sent.

The invoice for the exhibition fee for your OSS application will be sent by the end of February. Please pay by the end of March. Payment is only accepted in Japanese yen via lump-sum bank transfer. Credit card payments are not possible.

Cancellation fees will apply from 1 February 2026.

It is possible to reduce the number of booths; however, a cancellation fee will apply based on the reduced number of booths (the cancellation fee varies depending on the schedule as stated above).

Please note that if the number of booths is reduced, the booth location will be rearranged accordingly.

Applications will open in late March 2026.
