The seminar will provide an overview of Flexible Hybrid Electronics (FHE) Standardization activities at SEMI, international standardization trends related to flexible electronics including FHE, and a technical overview of newly published “SEMI FH4,” which is expected to be applicable for evaluating the tactile sensation of wearable electronics products that come into direct contact with the human body, as well as being used as a foundational technology for incorporating tactile texture into communications in the future.
