The IC Test System by Langer EMV-Technik is designed to measure the EMC behavior of ICs under targeted field or conducted interference and to measure emissions. The IC is tested in operation. The P512 RF probe is used for DPI into IC pins according to IEC 62132-4 up to 12 GHz.
