SEMICON Japan 2025 Visitor Registration

An individual email address is required for registration. Please register using your own email address.
We strongly recommend completing your registration on your own PC or smartphone before arriving at the venue, as access to registration PCs will be very limited on-site.

*Please note that Photographs and videos will be taken at the venue by SEMI Japan and the media covering the event. Some of the guests at the venue may be filmed. Please be aware that these images may be exposed/published in advertising materials by SEMI Japan after the event and in TV/newspapers/magazines/websites, etc. by the media for coverage of the event.

*Just One-Click! Your Visitor Badge(Admission Pass) will be issued as soon as entering the required information.

Issue/Print Visitor Badge

Please print out your VISITOR BADGE (admission pass) in A4 size.
*Please note that you cannot enter the venue with the print-out of your email.

Visit

Bring your printed-out badge and put it in the holder distributed at the entrance of the venue.

Students and members of the press have different registration procedures.

Operating environments for the registration system

Browser	PC Windows : Chrome, Edge(Chromium）Latest Edition Mac : Chrome, Safari Latest Edition Firefox, Internet Explorer are not available. Note for Microsoft Edge users: When using Microsoft Edge (version 131), Japanese characters may not display correctly when viewing or printing the badge PDF. If this occurs, please save the PDF file first and open it using your company’s PDF viewer software.
