The semiconductor industry constantly faces cybersecurity threats in both fabs and the supply chain. In 2022, SEMI published the SEMI Standards (E187/E188) and launched the Consortium last year to accelerate the implementation of solutions. This presentation will discuss the challenges and solutions for security measures from each company's perspective, along with updates on industry activities.
