How to Register for Sessions and Events

  • Prices and registration methods differ for some programs. Please refer to each seminar page for details.

  • Some programs have discount rates for early registrations. We recommend you register early to take advantage of these rates where they apply.

  • The maximum number of seminars/events you may pre-register is 16. Thank you for your understanding.

Registering for Paid Seminars

Online Registration:

Please apply by clicking directly "apply" button If you are a new user registration. Please apply by clicking the "apply" button after login if you already have an account. After completing and submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email.  Please make sure to print and take your Visitor Badge form. If you update your registration or register for additional seminar(s), please print and take the latest copy with you.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or changes cannot be made if more than 10 days have passed since registration, or within 14 days before the event day.
However, in the event that you are unable to attend a session for which you have registered, you can arrange to have someone attend in your place.
Please note that even if you choose not to attend or have someone attend in your place, your fees will not be refunded. 

   

On-site Registration:

Space permitting, on-site registration will be available. Please directly visit the venue for inquiry.

   

Discount Rate for Students and Teachers:

JPY 3,500 per seminar. excludes 5% tax

 

Registering for Free Seminars

Online Registration

All free seminars require online registration with some exceptions(TechSPOT), please make sure to print and bring your Visitor Badge form.

   

Note:

Please arrive early as advanced registration does not guarantee a seat.

   

On-site Registration:
