How to Register for Sessions and Events

  • Prices and registration methods differ for some programs. Please refer to each seminar page for details.

  • Some programs have discount rates for early registrations. We recommend you register early to take advantage of these rates where they apply.

  • NB: Please note that you must also register for entrance to the exhibition. Registration is free of charge, but it is a separate process. Please refer to the exhibition registration pagefor details.

Registering for Paid Seminars

Online Registration:

On each session page, you will find information on fees and a “Register” button. Please click the button to go to the SEMI Japan registration site. After completing and submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email. Please print this email and bring it to the reception counter on the day of the session.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or changes cannot be made if more than 10 days have passed since registration or at anytime from Saturday, November 23. However, in the event that you are unable to attend a session for which you have registered, you can arrange to have someone attend in your place. Please note that even if you choose not to attend or have someone attend in your place, your fees will not be refunded.


On-site Registration:

Space permitting, registration for some sessions will be possible on site. Please visit the seminars/events reception counter.


Discount Rate for Students and Teachers:

JPY 3,500 per seminar. excludes 5% tax


Registering for Free Seminars

Online Registration

With the some exception of sessions held on the Presentation Stage, free seminars require online registration. Please present a copy of confirmation email at the entrance of the session.



Advanced Registration of seminars does not ensure to get a seat. Please show up early.


On-site Registration:

Space permitting, participation in some sessions will be possible. Please visit the seminar room directly.
