SEMI Technology Symposium (STS) 2011

The SEMI Technology Symposium (STS) at SEMICON Japan is recognized as a premier technical forum for discovering and learning about the latest developments in microelectronic manufacturing. This year, in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of STS, STS satellite sessions and the STS spot lectures will be held in the main stage of the exposition site in addition to 11 paid sessions in International Conference Hall.

Featured Seminar : Session 5 TSV Welcome! To the 3D deployment world that forms the future
This is a joint program by the 4 committees, front end process, packaging, test and MEMS that organize the SEMI Technology Symposium (STS). There is active movement to realize More Than Moore through the 3D integration technology leveraging TSV. In this seminar, we will discuss the TSV technology from the market, R&D trend, application and test perspectives and provide outlook.

Cancellation policy

Full refunds will be given for cancellations received within nine days of registration. No refunds will be given after nine days have passed since registration or after November 25 for any reason. Substitutions are possible.

Please note that you also must register for the exhibition to enter the exposition site.

This year , in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of STS, STS satellite sessions and the STS spot lectures will be held for free in the main stage of the exposition site.
