The Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging (JIEP) is the leading academic society in Japan and is devoting to promote research on the electronics
packaging technology and to oer seminars, education, publications, and platforms to exchange information. At SEMICON Japan 2011, the JIEP will introduce the latest developments and trends.
